Brittany Gable Hale is a proud lifelong resident of Montgomery County, a devoted wife and mother, and a passionate advocate for fairness, integrity, and community values. With a background in education and involvement in local service, Brittany brings a unique perspective to the role of Justice of the Peace—one grounded in compassion, commitment, and common sense. 

 

For almost a decade, Brittany dedicated herself to shaping young minds as a classroom teacher. She understands the importance of strong foundations, whether in the classroom or in the courtroom. Currently, a stay-at-home mom, she continues to serve her community through involvement in past and present organizations. 

 

Brittany believes the Justice of the Peace Court should reflect the values of the people it serves. Her priorities include:

-Ensuring fair and impartial decisions for all who enter the courtroom

-Protecting families and children by upholding strong moral standards

-Keeping the court accessible, approachable, and accountable to the people

-Serving with compassion, integrity, and unwavering faith

 

With deep local roots—having grown up in Montgomery County, built her first home here, built a career here, and now raising her family here—Brittany knows what matters to the people of Precinct 3. She believes that justice should reflect the heart of the community: strong, fair, and faithful.

 

Brittany lives by the belief that “the will of God will not take you where the grace of God will not protect you.” It is this faith, combined with a sincere desire to serve, that drives her to step forward and seek your trust as your next Justice of the Peace.
